Regular Sunday Worship Schedule:
September — May: 8:30 and 11:00 a.m
Worship is the act of expressing reverence and adoration of God, and celebrating God’s dynamic engagement in the world. In worship, people seek to turn their hearts and minds to God for comfort, inspiration and direction. Acts of worship include prayer, singing, preaching, meditation, and celebration of the sacraments of baptism and communion. At Grace, our Worship Team works with the pastor to identify worship themes, and assists in coordinating Ushers, Lay Readers, Choir, Bell Choir, Praise Band, Audio/Video, and Visual Worship Decor.
Our music ministry is heart-focused, designed to stimulate the emotional aspects of a life of faith. It includes a blend of traditional and contemporary hymns and choruses sung by our congregation and choir, utilizing hymnals and overhead projection. Its repertoire draws upon elements of classical, jazz, gospel, soul, folk and rock; but it is always God-focused and integrated with the particular worship theme on that given day.
